HD Direct from CarrierX provides inbound and outbound calling over direct connections to carriers on the HD Direct Network. Initial carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

HD Quality Audio

All calls on the HD Direct Network use the AMB-WB codec (G.722.2), giving you unparalleled quality. Codec negotiation is performed automatically, so if your network is unable to support HD audio, calls will be transcoded for you.

Zero Hop Directs

HD Direct eliminates intermediate routes, putting you on-net with the carriers on the HD Direct Network.

100% STIR/SHAKEN

With end-to-end IP, HD Direct maintains call integrity and helps fight fraud by ensuring STIR/SHAKEN information is delivered with every call. Note that you must sign all calls sent over HD Direct.
